OPERATION ADMINISTRATION
(Kuala Lumpur)
Objectives:
· Managing crew change and all personnel matters related to
operation and maintaining day to day operational (Scheduling, Ticketing,
Checking, forwarding hotel and flight request forms for approval, flight info
up dating)
· Responsible for making timesheet, checked timesheet, and
review expenses sheet for all crew.
· Responsible for Building Maintenance
· Responsible for Invoicing process, Prepare and Issued
Purchase Order (PO)
· Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan P.Ramlee.
Requirements:
· Diploma
/ University graduate in any field of studies.
· Minimum
5 years experience in relevant fields.
· Impeccable
credentials in loyalty and integrity.
· Good
in Planning & Organizing
· Fluency
in English (writing, reading, speaking, and listening)
· Computer
literate.
· People
person, caring, and self starter
OPERATION ENGINEER
(Kuala Lumpur)
Objectives:
· Responsible in
engineering design project management, handling and solving of all engineering
and commissioning issues.
· To generate
customized rig solutions and designs for specific customer requirements and
provide marketing support during pre-bid discussions.
· To ensure client
requirements and expectations are met during design, construction and
commissioning
· To track and
resolve comments and expectations from Client Justify design decisions through engineering calculations, analysis, and create supporting engineering documentation.
· Reviews project
specification and ensures conformance of design with relevant code and
compliance requirements, and good engineering practices.
· Liaise with
vendors and internal departments to ensure designs and drawings are in
conformance with project specifications, design parameters, rules and
regulations.
· Providing
technical advice and direction to both external customers and internal
engineering functions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering/ petroleum engineering/ civil engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum
5 years experience in relevant fields.
· Having
skill in Drilling Design Engineering & AutoCAD added advantage.
· Having
skill in marine and offshore engineering.
· Fluency
in English (writing, reading, speaking, and listening)
· Computer
literate
