Technology Specialist in Specific Domain
Expertise (TeSSDE) is a structured 9-month program, designed to prepare new
graduate engineers for working in specific high technology and high impact
industries. Working closely with industrial partners, this program seeks to
accelerate the learning of engineers by providing access to industrial-relevant
training and support for them to stay aligned with the current development of
human capital in these industries. The TeSSDE program is owned by MIGHT-METEOR
Advanced Manufacturing (MMAM)
DreamCatcher (DC) has been appointed to
offer technical training modules for the Oil and Gas sector, particularly in
the areas of Offshore and Subsea engineering. Participants of this program will
be coached by professional trainers and experienced engineers from the
Malaysian Oil and Gas industry. Apart from classroom lectures, participants
will also be exposed to tutorials, assignments and projects to ensure they have
ample opportunities for an effective learning experience.
