- Assist in monitoring daily logistics & warehousing activities comprising delivery & distribution, Inventory control and transportation arrangements.
- To ensure timely and accurate data entry and inventory records for materials and goods into ERP system.

- To analyze, solve problems and minimize stock discrepancies.

Responsibilities
- To assist the Project Manager in the realistic overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of the site progress.
- Updating the work programme progressively to suit the progress requirement and liaise with the Consultant and client as and when required.
- To attend site meeting as and when required.
- To observe the Policies and Procedures set by the Company from time to time in the conduct of it's business;
- Able to plan, manage and monitor from pre-development stage to post development stage.
- Involve in planning designs and submission until obtaining approval.
- Assist in planning guidelines and requirement compliance for the on-going projects.
- Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, construction division, marketing division and all relevant parties as needed and keeping the lead informed.
