Dialog Group Bhd’s unit, Dialog E & C Sdn Bhd (DECSB), has signed a shareholders’ agreement with Richtech Engineering (Hong Kong) Co Ltd to establish a company known as Dialog Offshore Engineering Sdn Bhd (DOESB).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dialog said DECSB would hold 55% stake and the balance 45% will be held by Richtech.
Dialog said DECSB would finance its equity stake in DOESB by internally-generated funds.

DIALOG OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SDN BHD ("DOESB")") (Company No. 1021490-M) was incorporated on 22 October 2012 with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM1,000.00 comprising of 1,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. DOESB is involved in the provision of engineering design, consulting and project management for the upstream oil and gas activities.
