• Generate designs for cathodic protection systems.

Assistant Manager, Proposal & Estimating
• Compile, establish, and maintain comprehensive cost database from historical data and previous subcontract/vendor quotations.
• Perform various cost analysis to establish market rates, benchmarks and trends for estimating.
• Assist in soliciting proposals and quotations from subcontractors and vendors and perform evaluations on each procurement & subcontracting package, and provide necessary input for negotiations.
• Enter all cost data e.g., rates, duration, quantities etc in the estimating spreadsheets to establish full project cost and selling price.
• Identify other alternatives and optional methods to execute the project and establish the respective estimate that is/are being considered.
• Understand markets trends and anticipate competitor’s capabilities and pricing strategies.
• Understand clients pricing schedule structure, identify pricing strategy, and provide pricing breakdown as per bid requirement.
• Obtain tax advice, custom duties and understands tax exposures on the countries where bidding.
• Understands key contractual terms & conditions and highlights key issues to management.
• Involve in post bid submission activities i.e. clarifications, negotiations, award, contract finalization, and handover to project team.

Requirements

Application Analyst
• End-to-end full SAP implementation from Blueprint to Go Live Support.
• Analyze SAP configuration requests to identify the appropriate action. Present any change request to the change Review Board for approval.
• Configuration of HR-Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Time.
• Employee data mapping into SAP ECC6.
• Perform data upload and conversion activities.
• User manual documentation, Conducted UAT and end user training.
• Prepare authorization matrix, user mapping and authorization profile creation.
• Execute the SAP configuration and change including, raising a Job Request and Change Control, making configuration changes, coordinating development/ security/ basis input, testing, documentation updates and deployment to production.
Requirements

• Develop, implement and maintain company risk management policy, framework and process to ensure its in accordance with the corporate governance requirements, international standard and best practices to support company strategies and objectives.
• Assist manager in maintaining reviewing Risk Management System for the Group.
• Provide input to formulate short and long term plan to ensure effective implementation of the system in line with the Group’s mission, vision and objectives.
• Facilitate the Risk Management profiling session and risk registration at Corporate, Business Units and Subsidiaries Level.
• Implement risk management embedment activities into key business processes.
• Conduct risk management awareness, training and workshop at Corporate, Business Units and Subsidiaries Level.
• Establish, gather and maintain records of suitable Risk Performance Indicators including from audit reports.
•• Perform regular performance trending analysis to provide early warning indicators.
Requirements:-

• Facilitate/Conduct construction risk assessment session with PMTs and clients; produce CRA Reports.
• Facilitate Project Risk Assessment session with PMT when required.
• Periodically updates the progress of mitigation measures until completion.
•• Ensure compliance to relevant procedures in TQMS as well as clients expectations.
Requirements:

Marine Safety Co-coordinator
• Ensuring that all Marine operations are conducted with due regard to the safety of personnel, facility and cargo. In the event of any conflict between the demands of safety and any other operational or commercial factors, safety will always take priority.
• Control, coordinate and monitor all Marine activities and operations related to HSE and Security. Provides HS&E Ensuring all activities are conducted to ensure implementation and adherence to the requirements of the HSE Management
• System and those specific accountabilities documented and summarized in the HSE Policy Manual.
• Liaise with contractor personnel regarding HES issues.
• Support and advice to offshore personnel.
•• Carries out risk assessment, safety training, procedures prior to starting any project work.
• Conducts routine safety inspections at location and carries out accident and ‘near miss’ investigations.
• Provides safety training, reviews the status and maintenance of safety equipment and other related safety-oriented work.

Requirements:
• First Class Master Mariner
• Minimum 15 years of progressively more responsible safety related experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with at least three years’ experience working independently at the senior safety advisory level.
• Experience of and certifications for Permits to Work and Risk Assessment.

• Overall in charge of Quality Management System(QMS) Group wide.
• Develop, maintain and continually review form improvement, Group Quality Management and Assurance framework.
• Lead all Quality related initiatives and work with Division and Operating Company to create or enhance Quality awareness or standards.
• Ensure implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of QMS in HQ and subsidiaries in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

HSE Technical Advisor Electrical
• Ensuring integrity of overall electrical systems for all electrical (but not limited to): • Develop,plan,maintain and continually improve Electrical related, HSE assurance framework.
• Provide technical support on electrical systems operational related issues to ensure compliance to relevant codes and regulations :
a) Electrical drawings
b) Electrical systems/equipments operations and maintenance manuals.
c) Maintenance log book.
d) Task Risk Analysis related to electrical work permits and equipments.
e) Setting for all electrical protective devices.
f) Adequacy and sustainability of Op Cos electricians/competent person.
g) Adequacy and sustainability of PPE, tools and equipment to work on electricity equipment.
h) Integrity of electrical installation to ensure compliance to applicable codes and standards.
• Conduct periodical checks on electrical equipments to ensure proper maintenance. highlights on lapses of electrical systems management of the assets.
• Develop a program for Op Co's electricians to attain necessary Suruhanjaya Tenaga's competency level. Assist in incident investigation related to electrical system.
Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years experience in performing inspection and maintenance Certified Competent Engineer by Suruhanjaya Tenaga(Borang K).
• Minimum 15 years of progressively more responsible safety related experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with at least three years experience working independently at the senior safety advisory level.
• • Experience in engineering, hookup and commissioning is an advantage.
