General Requirements :
• 15-20 years relevant experience for Senior Project Managers and Senior Project Engineering Managers
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience for Project Managers, Project Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience for Senior Engineers, Senior Architects and Senior Designers
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience for Engineers, Architects, Designers and similar levels
• Possess relevant qualifications in the related field of study commensurate with the position applied for
• Applicants with experience in the design of offshore oil & gas facilities are preferred, especially for senior positions
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with people at all levels
