Executive, Talent Sourcing
Pulau Indah

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection to onboard the best talent from the market as per business demand. 
• Understand the profile of skills and background required for a job position
• Ensure all open jobs are closed as per decided datelines. 
• Identify and evaluate the relevant competencies of candidates most appropriate for a role 
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings and other material in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards. 
• Identify critical positions for business and develop CV Bank 
• Create & developing strategic sourcing solutions to attract candidates via online advertisement / connection, networking, recommendations, referrals etc.
• Administer the employment documentation including arrange pre-employment medical examination for prospective candidates, prepare approval paper for recruitment and issue Appointment Letter for prospective candidates. 
• Liaise with employment agencies and other recruitment sources on recruitment exercise.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent 
• Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment preferably in MNCs / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Oil & Gas industries required for this position
• Independent, self-motivated and able to show initiative and a strong sense of ownership & responsibilities
