Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical design drawings.
- Assist Design Coordinator and Senior Designers for all matters relating to the project.
- Check the engineering deliverables for correctness and quality, marks-up any comments or revision on these documents and ensure that the changes are included and completed on the latest copies of all affected documents.
- Reporting direct to the designer and responsible to the designer relating to the project.
- Responsible to incorporate all mark-up and comments in drawings from internal or external.
- Responsible to perform self-check on the drawings for correctness and quality, revision and ensure that the changes are included and completed on the latest copies of all affected drawings.
- Responsible as care taker on all drawings during execution of this job and ensure all those drawings, comments and mark-up are properly filed for traceability.
- Ensure all documentation during the design stages are properly filed for traceability.
- Filing system for drawing as per QA manual.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate with good Certificate from IKM or any equivalent Vocational Institute in relevant disciplines or individual with the followings:
- At least 1-3 years drafting experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industries in relevant disciplines
- Well versed at least with software drafting tool AUTOCAD 2000.
- Good exposure and experience in drafting various design deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, Equipment Layout, Piping Plan, Isometrics, Instrument Layout, Cable/Tray/Ladder Routing, Single Line Diagram, Hook-Up/Installation Drawings and etc.
