1.Maintenance Manager
Experience: Minimum 10 yrs. In maintenance planning and execution of maintenance shutdown/turn around in Oil & Gas,Petrochemical , Chemical sector.
Job Details:
·Minimum of 10 years experience in Planning and execution of maintenance work of large Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Refinery or Fertilizer plants.
·The experience should include: Inspection of stationary equipment maintenance including Heat Exchangers, Columns, Drums, Vessels, Reactors, Furnances and Boilers.
·Hands on experience in Shut Down / Turn Aroud and Maintenance Projects.
·The candidate should have a good understanding of international codes and standards.
·Should have good knowledge executing fabrication work using heavy duty central workshop equipment and tools.
·Should be able study Isometric, P & ID drawings. Also can develop on CAD drawings if required.
·Thorough knowledge of planning and executing fabrication work of plant fixed mechanical equipment parts such as tank and vessel sides, brackets, beams, platforms and structures in accordance with company specification and safety procedures, de-assemble, clean, test and reassemble equipments delivered to the workshop for reconditioning.
·Should have good knowledge of planning and execution of fabrication of Pipes & should be able to understand piping diagrams etc.
·Should have thorough knowledge of ISO metrics.
2.Planning Manager
- B.E. /B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with minimum 10 years experience of working in Maintenance field of petrochemical / Oil & Gas industry in a lead role.
· Proficient in the use of Primavera P 6.2
· Capable of preparing the Level IV plan including resources
· Hands-on experience of Mechanical Maintenance / Projects / Turnaround / Shut Down planning.
· Hands on experience on Business Development, Project Management, Costing, Estimation, Monitoring and Control.
· Should be thorough with the bidding procedures.
· Proficient in preparing Technical and Commercial proposals for Industrial Services.
· Fully conversant with Static Equipment, Piping Erection / Fabrication for Hydrocarbon and Petrochemical facilities.
· Capable to lead the team of professionals.
3. Scaffolding Engineer
Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 to 10 years experience in Scaffolding as Scaffolding Engineer or Area In-charge. He should have preferably experience in maintenance & construction fields of Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries. Should have thorough knowledge of Scaffolding and formwork Design, Tendering, Costing (Material and Labor) & Planning on the basis of work duration. Should have thorough knowledge of planning and execution of Scaffolding jobs. He should be very familiar with all international standards and codes with respect to Scaffolding. Should have thorough knowledge of Safety standards relating to Scaffolding jobs. Should have good communication skills.
