1)Contract Administrator
Duration : 24 Month (Contract basis)
Work location : KL & Pasir Gudang, Johor
Target start : 1st May 2012
No. of required : KL-2 person, Johor- 2 person
Qualification requirement :
- Min. Bach. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- At least 7 years relevant working experience in procurement, project cost control, contract administration and quantity surveying (review and comment value of work done, prepare project cost forecast, verification of contractor's monthly cost report and invoices, project cost budgeting, reporting & controlling for fabrication, installation, hook-up and start up activities)
- Must have min. 4 years of working experience in offshore platform fabrication & comm. activities
- Malaysian
- Good IT skills- Microsoft office,email outlook and able to quickly learn new IT Software. Familiar with SAP system or equivalent is an added advantage
- Excellent of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
2) Document control Clerk
Duration : 12 Month+ 6 Month extension option (Contract basis)
Work location : MMHE Pasir Gudang, Johor
Target start : 15 May 2012
No. of required : 2 person
Qualification requirement :
- Minimum SPM
- 5 years working experience or Diploma with three (3) years working experience in document control
- Prior Oil & Gas experience in similar role required.
- Competent in database systems (EDMS)
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word,Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize workload while delivering high accuracy/quality works
- Good local knowledge of the Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang areas is an added advantage
- Awareness of Health and Safety issues pertaining to office environment
- Good written and spoken skills in English language
3) Site Secretary cum Receptionist
Duration : 12 Month+ 6 Month extension option (Contract basis)
Work location : MMHE Pasir Gudang, Johor
Target start : 15 May 2012
No. of required : 1 person
Qualification requirement :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in administrative work.
- Minimum four (4) years Oil & Gas working experience in fabrication and in the similar role required.
- Malaysian
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word,Excel and Power Point.
- Good local knowledge of the Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang areas is an added advantage
- Prior experience in Gumusut Kakap is preferred.
- Awareness of Health and Safety issues pertaining to office environment.
- Good written and spoken skills in English language
4) Administrative Assistant
Duration : 12 Month+ 6 Month extension option (Contract basis)
Work location : MMHE Pasir Gudang, Johor
Target start : 15 May 2012
No. of required : 1 person
Qualification requirement :
- Minimum Diploma or has a professional certificate
- Minimum of eight(8) years working experience in admin
- Minimum of one and a half(1.5) years in Oil & Gas working experience in fabrication and in similar role required.
- Malaysian
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word,Excel and Power Point.
- Good local knowledge of the Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang areas is an added advantage
- Prior experience in Gumusut Kakap is preferred.
- Valid driving license
- Awareness of Health and Safety issues pertaining to office environment.
- Good written and spoken skills in English language
