Position : OFFSHORE PLANT MANAGER (OPM)
Work Location : Miri(Plus offshore visits and fabrication yard)
Duration : Contract Basis-1 FEB 2012-31 JAN 2014

Qualification :
- Min. BTEC Higher National Diploma in Oil & Gas Management, or OIM Competency by BTEC, UK.
- Minimum working xperience 25 Years in Oil & Gas with More than 10 Years as OIM in any facility.
- Minimum of 10 Years hand on Experience in Oil & Gas Facilities Pre-commissioning and start Ups, including new Projects, after maintenance completion or after major incidents
- Excellent execution experience in following processes is desired ;
i. Hazard Effect Management Process (HEMP)
ii. HAZOP/HAZID
iii. Matrix of Permitted Operations (MOPO)
iv. Safety Integrity of facilities
v. Incident Investigation Reporting
vi. Asset Integrity Process Safety Management
vii. Dem I & II Processes
viii. Project to Asset Handover
· Have good understanding of SIMOPS philosophy / concept
· Have the following HSSE competency,as this position is a Safety Critical Position.
1. Provide Leadership in HSSE – Skill
2. Prepare Effective Management of HSSE Risk – Skill
3. Apply Effective Management of HSSE Risk – Skill
