Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring daily logistics & warehousing activities comprising delivery & distribution, Inventory control and transportation arrangements.
  • To ensure timely and accurate data entry and inventory records for materials and goods into ERP system.
  • To assist in managing and organizing all logistics and shipping documentation process.
  • To analyze, solve problems and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Continuous improvement on logistic and warehouse operations in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist to ensure proper inbound/outbound shipments, logistics planning and warehousing functions.

Responsibilities
  • To assist the Project Manager in the realistic overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of the site progress.
  • Updating the work programme progressively to suit the progress requirement and liaise with the Consultant and client as and when required.
  • To attend site meeting as and when required.
  • To observe the Policies and Procedures set by the Company from time to time in the conduct of it's business;
  • Able to plan, manage and monitor from pre-development stage to post development stage.
  • Involve in planning designs and submission until obtaining approval.
  • Assist in planning guidelines and requirement compliance for the on-going projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, construction division, marketing division and all relevant parties as needed and keeping the lead informed.
  • Coordinate and monitoring designs by consultants in terms of compliance of design, submission and approval of drawings.
  • Ability to conceptualize and generate submission drawings to government authorities, construction and detail of drawings.
  • Assist in liaison with clients, consultants, local authorities and government to ensure compliance of requirement.
  • Assist to liaise with contract department or technical department in drawings, specification as well as costing (in finishing materials) to meet the requirement.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Post Graduate Diploma Quantity Survey or equivalent.

  • Should be well versed in the various duties in procurement and contracts administration, as well as be well versed in liaising with internal and external vendors.
  • To assist in preparing preliminary cost estimate and budget of the contract including taking off and tabulation.
  • Updating the performance assessment of Sub-contractor.
  • Establish and compile a Database for Materials, Suppliers, Sub-contractor and Schedule of Rates.
  • To assist in ensuring project cost are updated from time to time in budget.
  • To assist in identify or source for new/alternative materials and suppliers.
  • Exposure to Pre and Post Contact Administration.
  • Responsible for overall contract administration/ coordination of projects.
  • Handle the pre and post contract tasks, including tender/ contract review, tender interview & recommendation, procurement and award of contracts.
  • To liaise effectively with clients, team of consultants and contractors.
